Aqualite is the Club-Project of Torben Schmidt and Alfred Gregl. They started making Music in the early Ninties, inspired from the great sound of the TECHNOCLUB in the Dorian-Gray / Frankfurt Airport. With their singles such as "Outback" or "Wavemaker" Aqualite for sure was one of germanies leading progressive Trance-acts. With appearances at well known compilations like Dream Dance, Club Sounds, Technoclub or Clubnight and remixes for acts like Culture Beat, Captain Jack, Deskee, Public Art, Yello, Front 242 or Front Line Assembly they..ve been a driving force in the progressive trance scene for ages. After a pause of 6 years the Frankfurt/Germay based duo is back with their first official album to date! Stay tuned for new Material and some unreleased tracks. This site is still in development.
