Although in my mid-20s, I've played a fairly strong role in helping develop the rapidly growing urban music scene in Edmonton.
In my role as an urban music programmer and on-air personality of CJSR’s Urban Hang Suite, I've introduced important issues that affect the community. Realizing the influence of urban music, I, along with my camp Music For Mavericks (Strongest Team In The League), have used it to improve the economic and social conditions of Edmonton’s less fortunate as seen with Hip-Hop For Hunger and The PFC Jam.
In addition to his six years at CJSR as the host of the Urban Hang Suite, I've been involved in areas of journalism, artist consultation, as well as hosting and organizing numerous events.
At the present time I have a lot of projects on the go. In addition to being part of one of Edmonton's most nationally recognized hip-hop acts, Politic Live, I am also the co-founder and co-CEO of Music For Mavericks Entertainment, an independent urban music label that is home to some of Edmonton’s most recognized urban music acts.
