ARTEP
The unholy initiation of Artep was unleashed upon this earth as a solo project in the frozen mountains of Northern BC in 2005.
Artep (Vanquished, Grimbane), while dwelling in the dismal lands of desolation, created a series of haunting melodies and sinister lyrics which would bring forth the misanthropy we know as Artep today.
After a long search, finally in spring 2007, Artep found drummer Lord Goatesque (Gloria Diaboli, Ritual Demise, Vanquished, Hostium), who joined Artep as a session drummer/ vocalist.
Summer 2007 Arteps demo 'Fires of Mortal Deception' was delivered.
Fall 2008 new full time members' Vultyrous' (Funeral Fornication, Gremory) and 'Dark' (Ritual Demise, Tyrants Blood, Death II All, Weirding Way, Garden of the Gods) joined Artep.
Session drummer Spencer Prewett (Impure, Gremory) added his drums to the new Album.
The new album was recorded at Arteps studio and mastered by Andy LaRocque (King Diamond) @ Sonictrain studios, Sweden . The result is the promo 'Black War' which is now available for reviews and the full length album 'Thy Will Be Done on Earth As Is Done In Hell' which will be out soon.
Artep is already working on a new album which will be available sometime in 2009 and will also be releasing an album with some early recordings soon after.
Arteps horde is forming and their fiery shows will plague this earth without warning.
