Hi Johan, how was Berlin??? It's hard to imagine it's been 20 years since the Wall went down...I remember it like yesterday. I was living in Poland during the Communism and Solidarity movement, it was scary and uplifting at the same time, many of us were directly involved into that change. I will never forget Walesa barricaded with others in Gdansk Shipyard. Polish government was so scared they call a Martial Law...Russian tanks were all at the Polish borders, it was no food at the stores...I remember standing in lines for hours to buy piece of cheese. We all have food stamps with only limited amounts of things on them, like sugar, flour, rice, can of spam, and a chocolate bar for kids or pack of cigarettes for grownups. We were trading cards, I often was giving up my "meat" for a chocolate LOL. This was a month supply. Martial law lasted 3 years... It was really tough. I don't really believe in heros but Lech Walesa will always be the one for me.
I saw U2 performing in front of the Brandenburg Gates, looks like the atmosphere were amazing, I wish i could be there to celebrate! How was your installations/ pictures received there? I'll wait patiently for pictures :)
