At Hopes End, a metal band located in central PA, formed in late october 2003 with ex-members of local Clearfield bands - Not Without Resistance, NineSixNine,and Dead Silence. Influences range from Killswitch Engage, All Out War, As I Lay Dying, Slayer, Caliban and numerous other metal-harcore bands. We are currently working on new material to do a full length cd that will hopefully be completed by early spring, 2006. We are featured on the "Rockin America" comp out on Eulogy Records, the "Down For The Core" comp out on Back Ta Basics and are also featured on a Misfits Tribute CD. Also our 3 song demo is currently available. We have shared the stage with such bands as As I Lay Dying, Soilwork, Gwar, Devildriver, Turmoil, SFAR, Wisdom In Chains, 25 Ta Life, The Hoods, Seventh Star, xLooking Forwardx, and numerous others. Critical Me and 17 other San Diego bands have joined a great cause to prevent teenage drunk driving by making a non-profit compilation CD featuring our song Halfway Home. You can help contribute to this national foundation by purchasing the CD on our MySpace page for $12 (includes S&H). All proceeds will go to Ground Control to help them educate teens on the risks and reality of drinking and driving
