La band si forma nel febbraio 2005 con il nome Atomixynergy dopo lo scioglimento di un’altra band che comprendeva i 4/5 della formazione attuale. Sin da subito l’obbiettivo è stato quello di creare un repertorio di canzoni proprie, lasciando da parte le cover. Il risultato di alcuni mesi di lavoro è stato “Liquid light in abyss” primo demo della band che viene registrato nell’agosto 2005. Nelle 5 tracce del demo sono presenti brani appartenenti al primissimo periodo della band, ma anche altri piu recenti. Il sound dei brani è tipicamente progressive metal con diverse influenze. Dopo le registrazioni il cantante è stato sostituito da Andrea, gia chitarrista della band, al quale nel novembre 2005 viene affiancato Eric alla seconda chitarra. Il sound della band cambia divenendo leggermente piu aggressivo rispetto al passato. I concerti di supporto al demo continuano fino ad aprile 2006 quando il demo viene riregistrato con diversi arrangiamenti e nuovi assoli. Diversi sono i concerti nel 2006 per la band tra cui anche la partecipazione al Music village di Catanzaro. Da giugno 2006 la band inizia il lavoro di composizione per il nuovo lavoro e continuerà fino a gennaio 2007, in cui viene deciso il titolo e numero dei brani. “ To reflect human patterns” è il titolo del nuovo lavoro della band e contiene quattro tracce, che serviranno come promo in attesa del primo album, ancora senza titolo. I brani del nuovo lavoro evidenziano nuove e diverse influenze rispetto al passato; piu forti sono le influenze di band come Pain of Salvation, Opeth e Circus maximus, questo per citare alcuni ascolti comuni ai membri della band. Gli ascolti all’interno del gruppo sono davvero vari, si va dal hip hop commerciale al jazz/fusion al death metal e tutto influenza il sound della band in qualche modo. Attualmente la band è al lavoro su tutte le date per il 2007 per supportare il nuovo lavoro in attesa dell’album d’esordio, che dovrebbe essere pronto per fine 2007 e di cui non si hanno ancora dettagli ne sul titolo, ne’ sulla durata e numero dei brani.

The band is born in the february 2005 in Turin with the name Atomixynergy, after the end of another band in which played 4 of the 5 line up members. The band try immediately to write some new songs, trying not to playing cover. The result of this work it was “Liquid light in abyss”, recorded as the first demo of the band in the august 2005. In the 5 tracks of the demo there are songs composed in the first months of existence for the band, and more recent songs. The sound of the songs is a tipically progressive-metal sound, with many influences. After the recording sessions the singer was substituted by our lead guitarist Andrea, and Eric joined the band as second guitar player in November 2005. The sound of the band became more aggressive than the past. The band continued the live shows to support the demo until april 2006 when the demo was re-recorded with new solos and arrangements. In the year 2006 the band appeared in many live shows playing also for Music village in Catanzaro. From june 2006 the band starts the composition of new songs, and continues until January 2007, when the band decides the title and the tracklist of the new ep. “To reflect human patterns” is the title of the new ep, that contains four tracks, presented as a promo for the first full-length album, currently untitled. The new songs point out new influences in the sound. More clear is the influence of bands like Pain of Salvation, Opeth and Circus Maximus. The listenings in the band go from chart hip hop to jazz/fusion and death metal, and everything influences the band in any way. The band is working for the live shows for all 2007, waiting for the full-length album that will be out at the end of the year.
