Movies	I'm not a great film afficionado, but I have my faves. Comedy's my fave genre by far, although a good thriller or drama is always nice. My top picks include Robin Hood: Men in Tights, Anchorman, Blues Brothers, any of the Monty Python movies, Black Hawk Down, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, The Princess Bride, the Back to the Future trilogy, Indiana Jones trilogy (both of which I am pleased to say I enjoy more than the Star Wars trilogy/ies...). In terms of unexpected liked movies, I'd say 8 Mile and Ella Enchanted are but two.
Television	Prison Break, Thank God You're Here, Scrubs, Top Gear, The Simpsons, Family Guy, Whose Line Is It Anyway, The Micallef Programme/Pogram, Blankety Blanks, Mythbusters, Black Books, The Chaser's War on Everything, Jericho.
Books	I used to read a lot, but I don't as much nowadays. I'll break up my authors selection into Christian and secular (which will mainly be fiction, plus a few poets whose work I admired). Naturally its the Bible that has had the greatest impact on me. Christian: Basically anyone who can write a book that's true to the Gospel. Secular: Matthew Reilly, Patricia Cornwell, Jasper Fforde, Shakespeare, Wordsworth, Coleridge, Frost, plus my 13 volumes of the Guinness Book of Records In my younger years I also enjoyed reading Goosebumps books, Enid Blyton (Mr Meddle, Secret Seven, Famous Five in particular), Paul Jennings and my favourite kids book ever - Morris Has a Cold.

Rob	Jul 26 2007 10:50 AM hey mate, how are you? just thought id let you know ive upgraded my epi les paul ;) got new pickups installed (DiMarzio Air Norton in neck position and DiMarzio D-Sonic in the bridge) didnt upgrade any of the other electronics yet though (will be upgrading the pots and toggle switch soon) but my gosh it sounds completely different, its like a new guitar.. the thing im hating is i have to change my tone now to suit the PU's.. but its ok, gives me a reason to explore more tone options :D ill have to get pics of it, when they arrived at the shop i took one look at the D-Sonic and went woah thats a beast! anyways mate, just thought id give you a quick update :) oh and ill be ordering a Ernie ball music man petrucci model very soon... em	Jul 25 2007 6:47 AM hey i dont think i have replied you yet. hehe. i so didnt even know christopher was home. hahaha how rude! hahahahaha yes we need to make a meeting.. it would be good to catch up again.. in real life. not myspace life. hahaha. july has been good.. well kinda july. i went to ayers rock in middle of june and that was awesome. i just went for a weekend but it was grand. and then i have been on holidays. and until this week i was having the time of my life and then i got sick :( and i have a cold now and i am on antibiotics :'( and i have blocked ears.. so bad that i cant hear properly out of one and the doctor cant do anything about it until im better and then yep thats my life hahaha hows you life? :) catch ya later alligator !

(have nailed the main lead solo at 2:09) that is probably my favourite track on there at the moment.. aswell as The Ministry Of Lost Souls, and The Dark Eternal Night (just for when i need something hard :P ) have you had a chance to listen to it any more, if so how are you finding it? hope alls well take care and God bless Rob

Rob	Jun 17 2007 11:38 AM hey mate, sorry about the late reply (better late then never i suppose :P ) how are you? im going good, started getting serious about my guitaring now, learning scales (boo it sucks!) but i need to do it, ive hit a plateau in my playing. i should be here in oct.. but thats still a whiles away, may be going to the US for a holiday and to get me a new guitar (as i can save $3500 if i get it there and bring it back with me) but thats still in the works.. but yeah sounds like a plan, ill have to let you know closer to the time, but its looking like a go'er at the moment. haha yeah i remember that msn session. ah memories. :) hey have you heard Dream Theater's latest album? its incredible (as one would expect). anyways mate, i need some rest before getting up at 1am to watch the formula 1. hehehe take care and God bless mate Rob
