A founding member of AUTISM, Vadim Militsin was born in Georgia and raised in Germany. His early works composed in the mid 90's in Minsk (Belarus) bridged the gap between electronic pop and experimentalism, pioneering the intuitive use of old analog synthesizers from the Soviet era. Critically acclaimed by Christopher Franke (ex-Tangerine Dream), AUTISM's fundamental album "Membrana" (1997) was webbed with dozens of ethnic samples. Since moving to New York in 2000, Vadim has been exploring connections between shamanic impact of sounds and preferences of the technological sound synthesis. The latest works by AUTISM including "Gaijin" (2004) and "Future-Proof Present" (2009) were substantially influenced by Vadim's spiritual journeys to Eastern Asia and South America.

As winter hibernation and spring awakening gives way to summer, Halo Manash rises radiant into luminosity, with wings spread into all worlds, and brings forth Taiwaskivi, an opulent work of solar ambience and primordial Ur-music.
Taiwaskivi, a work of sonic flame and aural ash, consists of seven interrelated tracks, utilizing such diverse instrumentation as organ, horns, vocals, drums, gongs, percussions and various string instruments as well as field-recordings captured during the pilgrimage that the creation of the work embodies.
An air of finality abounds, as Taiwaskivi, although a complete work in itself, can also be viewed as the third and final facet of a tripartite series of works that are part of one holistic creation – a treelogy, with seed, root, trunk and finally, branches. Being the culmination of an ascending journey through the aforementioned realms within and without, Taiwaskivi is the celestial crown at the peak, reaching toward Sol, source and beyond; it is the leaves and fruit of the branches and their skybound nectar ever-flowing - the sacred fire, the consummation and conjunction of All.
Comes in a hand finished cardboard booklet. Two different editions are available; regular CD edition and CD + DVD with inserts. Both are limited to 500 copies.

Final part of two-piece opus from L.A.D.O is out now on Vetvei! CD-R contains best fragments of artists night performance, as heard by guests of annual forest open-air festival Systo Togethering 2007. Album starts with sounds of body moving into forest – human breathes, moves and hears approaching drone and rustles. Lazy sun sets and inner space of sleep rise. L.A.D.O blindfolds the listener and leads him..her into the deep caverns and shallow waters. Listener follows the pulse of branches and joins procession of glowworms and fireflies to find his..her inner space. Speaking of style – second part of series is still a trademark psychedelic drone ambient canvas embroided with analog and digital soaring sounds, sometimes turning into undanceable experimental trance with radio signals and shamanic songs. Evgeniy Savenko uses loops, vinyl records, musique concrete and voice to create his well-known frost-tinged drones. In general the record done in Biosonar style – structured, colorful, complex and more bright than many well-known and average releases on drone scene. The cover in gold and gray waxed paper cover with herbal Vetvei-style artwork and 3 photos from the shores of Cold Spring.
