Martin Kvisvic- handmade bowed electric cello stick, electric sitar stick, recorder, bowed bass, acoustic guitar, hand bells and balzouki.
Leandra Gil- percussion, xylophone, Tibetan cymbals and vocals.
Erin Barnes- cello, hurdy gurdy, frame drums,daf and other percussion, vocals.
Both Tara Tavi and Martin Kvisvic have been members of Amps For Christ. Martin Kvisvic was in Pyramids on Mars and Zenotribe. Tara Tavi's other projects include Aye Aye Captain, ThunderSnail, Blue Silk Sutures, Soddamn Inssein and Ensemble of 31 Birds. Leandra Gil was in Foxations, The Tantrums and Dreams Go Disco. Erin plays in Ensemble of 31 Birds and varied curiousities (Ghanian dance troup, Bulgarian Choir, among others).

Auto Da Fe was formed out of Amps For Christ practices by Tara Tavi, Martin Kvisvic, and Joel Connell. The CD "The Spectre" was released in May, 2006 on Secret Eye Recordings. A comp track was on "False Object Sensors", put out by Vermiform Records in 2001. Leandra Gil is on percussion. Erin Barnes occasionally plays hurdy gurdy, cello and frame drums. Now we are full on devotees.
oooh, cool new songs, into the white forest feals mystic like a multi cultural ritual dance or some such, liking the mix of organic melodies and rumbly synth bass on hirohito. wierd rhythum! i love the mix of ancient and modern in your sound!
