SYV is a guitar-based rock group, with members from the legendary Norwegian underground bands the Swamp Babies and Det Elektriske Kjøkken.
The group has existed since the late 90s, materializing in a series of projects, sometimes involving text- and vocal contributions from different collaborators.
SYV's music could be described as weird and unexplained, sort of disconnected yet totally tuned in, laidback but sharp and quite bizarre in places.
