About AVATAR - NEW ALBUM OUT NOV 11-TOURING OCT 21-DEC 4
The Biography:
The Swedish metal band Avatar is now up to date with their third and self
titled album. They have developed a new more mature and melodic sound on
this album, mixed by Tobias Lindell (Europe, Mustasch). Avatar released
their debut album Thoughts of no tomorrow in 2006 when they were just
eighteen years old. The debut album was released in Europe and entered top
three on the metal album chart back home in Sweden. The second album
Schlacht was released in 2007 and the big break came the same year when
Avatar was picked by In Flames to support them on their sold out
Scandinavian tour. Since then they have also supported Megadeth, Stone Sour
and Obituary. Avatar will now tour together with Hardcore Superstar on their
upcoming European tour. This album is for sure one of the most interesting
metal releases this fall.

Hey! Thanks for adding :) Im on a crap computer at the moment so Ill have to swing by and check out your tunes tomorrow... So you're touring with Hardcore huh? That must be pretty awesome. They're my favorite band haha They promised to visit Hollywood but its been two years since then so Im taking a trip to sweden in the spring for a few weeks to catch up with them. Maybe Ill get lucky and meet you guys :) Gothenburg's a must so there's a chance! Cant wait to check out your music tomorrow. Im lovin the look!
