THE VISION We are calling all High School and Junior High students to fast lunch on Fridays and pray to end abortion. Here’s what you do:
Skip lunch on Friday.
Use that small time frame to get together with your Shadrach-Meshach buddies, and pray. It doesn’t take a large group. Jesus promised to be wherever two or three are gathered in His name (Mt 18:20), so gather in the hallway, foyer or lawn. It’s easy, and the time will go quickly.
Focus your prayers on the ending of abortion in the nation, sexual purity for your school, friends you know that have had abortions or are at high risk. Pray in faith and believe that God can intervene in each situation with redeeming love.
Do it every Friday consistently. Your fasting will intensify your prayer life and draw you closer to God’s heart on the issue. Besides, you can survive one afternoon without salisbury steak and cream corn.
Mobilizing the Band Prayer
Students used to pray daily in public schools all over the nation. A simple 22-word prayer was recited, “Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers and our country.” In 1962, the pivotal United States Supreme Court case Engel v Vitale removed that prayer from school and with it the covering that it brought. The 22-word Bound4LIFE band prayer was written specifically to replace the one taken out of schools. Since 2004, tens of thousands of people have cried out to God in unison with this prayer.
“Jesus, I plead your blood over my sins and the sins of my nation. God, end abortion and send revival to America.”
It has become a powerful point of unity for those wanting to see the holocaust of abortion end and revival come to our nation.
Let’s take the next step and actually put this prayer back in YOUR SCHOOL!
We’re not looking for it to be sanctioned by the government, but you can be the one to bring it in. So get a life band for you and your friends and finish your prayer time every Friday by praying the band prayer together out loud.

i really really support this and have been at it for about 5 months. i'm starting to see changes, people ask questions, i answer, send them to scripture and the B4L websites. i'm praying, and i have faith that god hears our cries and our prayers. <3
yupp the ENTIRE highschool lunch time.. not just my 30 min of lunch.. SO i get to miss a WHOLE clas son friday.. along with everyone else who signs up!
No signs, No protesting, Just silent prayer for the voiceless unborn. Fasting is optional, but we encourage you to drink plenty of water. Please, bring your Bibles. We are not allowed to block their driveway, stand on their property, or prevent people from entering. We ARE allowed by the first amendment to pray on public property and talk to anyone that approaches us.

There will be a silent siege in front of the Women's Clinic in Nashville on Friday, July 11th from 8am - 5pm - 412 Dr Db Todd Jr Blvd. No signs, no audible protests, just silent prayer and being a voice for the voiceless. Fasting is optional, but please drink plenty of water. We will have red Bound4Life tape to put over our mouths as a witness. I encourage everyone to bring Bibles if they so choose.

Update from OHOP - Orlando House of Prayer: our youth pastor told us today that we have 7 schools in the Orlando area that Fast and Pray to end abortion every Tuesday or Wednesday for 45 minutes during their lunch hour. He had to find a Christian teacher in each high school that would sacrifice her lunch hour to open her classroom to the students. And 7 schools got approval from the principals to have these burn teams for bound4LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!! Praise God...He is moving to restore prayer back in our schools!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save the babies Jesus!
Yesterday at my school we did our very first think fast. We had a good amount of people do it for a beginning. We had six and a few others. One of my friends who doesn't go to my school did it at her school and told some of her friends. She doesn't know if any of them did it or not. Pray God expands this more and more each time. I love what you are doing.
hey everybody good job! there are 316 schools fasting every friday for the ending of abortion and for revival in our nation! i heard on the radio today that abortion rates are the lowest they've been in 30 years! our prayers are working! praise God.
heyy guys.. our church is doing a 21 day fast and a bunch of us are praying everyday (not just friday) for God to end abortion. im so excited to see what He can do. stay strong.
