Os anos 80 marcaram a época do thrash/speed/power/black/death e os headbangers surgem em Curitiba. Daí nasce o INFERNAL.
Algumas demos e uma participação em coletânea renderam à banda boa divulgação local, devido à originalidade de sua música. O 7" EP "Of Weakness and Cowardice" é o primeiro lançamento internacional.
Em 1994 é lançado o LP/CD "Drowning in the Chalice of Sin", com distribuição no Brasil, Europa e Japão. Segue aí um período um tanto quanto difícil, com intensas mudanças na formação.
Mas o INFERNAL continua em seu caminho e se estabiliza no início de 2000. Enfim abre o novo milênio com rigor, com o brutal "Ritual Humiliation".
Após a tour "European Ritual 2002" no velho continente, novamente o line-up sofre baixas. Agora se reestrutura e prepara para breve seu novo petardo. Além disto apresenta pela primeira vez uma banda de metal sem guitarras, com um violino elétrico de 7 cordas que soa tão pesado - ou mais - que uma guitarra.
Biography
The 80's was the time for thrash/speed/power/black/death and the headbangers moviment came up in Curitiba. That's when INFERNAL was created.
Some demos and a participation on a collection gave to the band good local divulgation, because of it's original music.The 7"EP "Of Weakness and Cowardice" is the first international release.
In 1994 the LP/CD "Drowning in the Chalice of Sin" was released with distribuition in Brasil, Europe and Japan. After that, a hard period follows, with intense changes on the line up.
But INFERNAL continues it's way and get a fixed line up on 2000's. The new millenium was opened with strenght with the brutal "Ritual Humiliation".
After the tour "European Ritual 2002" on the old continent, the line up changed again. Now the band is preparing it's new bomb. Besides INFERNAL shows for the first time a metal band without electric guitars, only with a 7 strings electric violin that sounds so heavy or more than a guitar.
