Hitchhikers play Blues Indie Rock with an Alternative edge. Since we formed in June '07 we've played numerous gigs in Taunton, Devon, Bristol and other areas of the southwest. We have also competed in a BOTB and recorded 3 times with Shaun at Bunker studios (See details below).

We are happy because we have been re-united after a whole summer. We should go a gigging and forge our sounds to create a new sub genre "blues inspired neon flamenco". How are those hitchy hitchhikers.

Hey Thanx 4 comin 2 the party last night, Everyone enjoyed ur tunes i was stood at the back of the room watchin. Everyone was silent and concerntrating on u. Coz it was a Jam we didnt quite know how many songs to give each band so we went for the normal 3 and out which seems to b how most jam sessions do it. We were aiming to go around in a circle and once everyone had 3 songs start again, Thus changing the show 4 the benifit of the final user (the audience). I think maybe next time each band shuld have more songs, Who knows? Even then there was 2 bands that didnt get the chance 2 play, I supose we can consider tht a success being so busy.
