It includes Parr Hall, Warrington's premier live entertainment venue, which offers plays, shows and live music, hosting diverse acts from Reverend & The Makers to Kula Shaker & The Courteeners & Athlete. Pyramid, Warrington's Centre for the Arts, is an exciting new building, hosting a diverse schedule of performances including drama, cabaret, and comedy, including monthly visits from the Comedy Store and the annual Warrington Film Festival. They also offer a varied programme of ongoing classes including dance, drama, painting, music, filmmaking, yoga, and even wine appreciation. Pyramid is also home to constantly changing free exhibitions. ....Building history ..Formerly one of Warrington's many town centre cinemas - The Cameo. It was previously known as the Picture Drome (Picturedrome) and in 1913 had an ornate appearance. However in 1951, this facade was removed to give it the look of today. Bar Plan B is situated in Warringtons Cultural quarter, the building can be clearly seen on Sankey Street as the only white building, and the bar is situated on the 1st floor. Access is via springfield street entrance.
