um...Carl Stone, Morton Feldman, Fred Frith, Alexander Calder, Serge Gainsbourg, John Cage, Harry Partch, Brian Eno, Paul Lansky, Earle Brown, Prince, Olivier Messiaen, Wang Kar Wai, Tod Machover, Christian Wolff, Wayne Horvitz, Jay Chou, lots of people whose names I don't know, but who have pretty CD covers...
I live in Shanghai, lately been doing lots of stuff in Max/MSP involving chance procedures, inspired by video games. Have performed a bit around town, at the Zendai Museum, a couple of NOIShanghai shows, 2Pi Festival in Hangzhou, with folks like Torturing Nurse and Wang Changcun.
Before moving to Shanghai in 2004, I lived in Seattle and did stuff with Seattle School (www.seattleschool.net) and Sound Currents (www.soundcurrents.org).
I've been doing videogame audio since 1996, including 7 years at Sierra, where one of my most fun projects was the soundtrack for Arcanum. Been working for Ubisoft since 2004.
I've become fascinated by the Chinese language, learning very slowly, but love to practice!
flood should be a) sung all in falsetto, b) have smatterings of timpanic and reverse symbol crescendos, and c) be cut down to 3 minutes. then you will claim the pop crown that you so vie for.

Ben is my coolest friend - which is impressive as I have a lot of cool friends...some of them are weird, which makes them cool, and some of them are on myspace, which means I can't speak ill...but he's cool - and you're cool for being on his site. I love him so much it hurts.
