As you can see, I have put up some new songs and various old videos. The new songs are still in progress.... This means, I have no record deal or release date for them. I guess they will always be "in progress" until they have their own little barcode.... A rare luxury indeed!
So, before they gather dust on my hard drive, I wanted to share them with you. I hope you enjoy!

Born in Oxford, my first musical experiences were made while living in the commune my parents started. It was a traditional hippy commune and the second home of the British cult band Traffic who would organise late night jam sessions with other illustrious names of the time (and not so illustrious ones!). I lived there until he was three years old. My father was a painter and, being "swept by a desire to capture light" (!), he took me off to Florence, Italy.
It was there, surrounded by frescos and mopeds, that I started to strum my first chords on the guitar.
At 14 I was sent to study at an English boarding school (Stanbridge Earls School). As it became clear to all concerned that a traditional academic path was not an option, my father gave me the opportunity to go to Australia. He offered me a plane ticket and 100 pounds in the pocket . The rest was "up to you my son".........
I ended up traveling a lot and living from street music (busking). This was the best learning experience I ever had and is something any aspiring musician should try out.
Lliving, on-and-off, in Berlin since 1994, I was a member of the Berlin band "Tracy" and have played support for the much-missed and loved Elliott Smith (bless you Elliott), Mark Eitzel (American Music Club), Richard Hawley, The new Pornographers, Fury in the Slaughterhouse, Revolverheld and Juli, among many others.
