Hailing from the great state of Texas, this eight piece jump blues/swing band has been making a name for itself on music scene since 2001.
Big Daddy Alright is being recognized as one of the premier bands of its kind in its short existence. The band has shared the stage with nationally recognized artists BR549, The Paladins, John Michael Montgomery, Deke Dickerson, The Red Elvises, The Comets and recently, Big Bad Voo Doo Daddy.
Big Daddy Alright has performed for The Dallas Cowboys, Phillips Petroleom Company, The University of North Texas, and twice at the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekender and at several casinos in Louisiana and Oklahoma .
In 2003, the band released its first full length album, Pilot To Bombardier, boasting twelve tracks of pure jump blues, rockabilly and swing.
Big Daddy Alright plays songs ranging from, Wynoni Harris, Big Joe Turner and Bobby Darin, to Fats Domino, Elvis Presley, and The Mighty Blue Kings, as well as several original compositions.
They are sure to make even the most inexperienced dancers take to the floor!
