I'm currently updating this site. I'll be adding songs and pictures from different periods of my career. Hope you enjoy.
Here are some reviews from my last CD Bricks & Trees
Guitar Player Magazine:
"Bill Hibbets’ hooky amalgam of roots rock and contemporary pop ably compliments his soulful voice—at times evoking Mark Knopfler, Michael Penn, Lou Reed, and even Tom Waits." - Barry Cleveland (Guitar Player Magazine)
Midwest Record Recap:
BILL HIBBETS/Bricks & Trees: You'd expect a guy that hangs with Bob Fripp to be plucky enough to do everything himself and craft an amalgam of crafty moves that cover so many waterfronts you aren't really sure which harbor lights to look at first. Cock your ear to the wind and let this left leaning popster work his magic in a boomer friendly way that's sure to be more quirky than anything thing typically aimed at boomers these days, even if they did listen to so much of their fave music ripped on something or another and aren't as mainstream as their parents were at that age. Deceptively not humdrum by any stretch, this is a singer/songwriter with something on the ball to say. Check it out. - Midwest Record Recap

Hi there Bill Hibbets first of all we'd like to say thanks for being our myspace pal. We wanted to make sure you knew the reason incase we suddenly vanish off of your friends list. The movement we've started for indie artists has grown significantly and consumes all of our time these days. We seldom sign into our myspace account and this is making several people believe that we are ignoring them. We are not ignoring anyone, we wanted everyone to know that. What we're doing has become so busy we just don't have the time for myspace any longer, so in all honesty we are probably going to just close our myspace account.
Many people wanted to use us in the future so if you were one of those people make sure you bookmark the link below so that in the event that we do close our myspace account you won't lose contact with us. I wish you the best of luck in your music career. Thanks again for being our myspace pal.
We have also built a pretty big music community which you are welcome to join if you want to meet new artists like yourself!
