FOR MONTHS THEY WROTE INSTRUMENTAL STRUCTURES WITH A VIEW TO HAVING A SINGER JOIN THE RANKS (this was going to be very close friend Aziz Ibsule, the singer from Cardiff legends - Channel 9 - but due to years of loud riff damage to his ears giving him tinitus he had to gracefully and sadly bow out!) AND AS TIME WENT ON, NOBODY SEEMED UP FOR THE JOB SO A DECISION WAS MADE TO LET THE MUSIC SING FOR ITSELF AND STAY AS AN INSTRUMENTAL UNIT!
THIS IS ONLY THE 1ST PHASE OF THE EVOLUTION OF BLACK CESAR AS RECENTLY THEY HAVE HAD ANOTHER LONG TIME FRIEND JOIN THE RANKS IN THE FORM OF TALENTED MULTI INSTRUMENTALIST - GEORGE (also of Mondo Tranz Shop) ON LAP STEEL GUITAR!!!
THIS MARKS THE 2ND EVOLUTIONARY PHASE OF BLACK CESAR, ADDING AN ETHEREAL LAYER OF SOUND TO THE ALREADY UPLIFTING VIBES!!!
