Sounds Like
"A brilliant wall of sound which gives off the impression of Joy Division but with a harder edge" THIS CITY"Hailing from Sheffield and sounding like The
Music, but significantly better, this is a firmament
defying single of the highest order" NEW NOISE
"Harder stuff than we’ve become accustomed to,
replete with an Editors’ style dark heart and House Of
Love dynamism. A guarded success" THE CRACK
"Epic feedback-laden rock 'n' roll" TIME OUT
"A really fine act who take on an effortless dark pop with nods towards Joy Division, early U2 and The Chameleons….spine tingling stuff for sure, just wait til the ice cool guitar break in ‘Wot would it take' hits ya….seismic" THE LONDON PARTICULAR
"Think a little of cult time Echo & The Bunnymen slapped with early doors U2 and then forget everything and just mellow in the noir swirlyness of it all. A fine debut that'll have the punters creaming for an encore" COMA MAGAZINE
"Confident dynamic indie guitar rock that has a certain snarl to it" ORGAN MAGAZINE
It was about this time last year that four northern souls were tearing their way around the country, ripped, stoned & confused... It was loud and a shed load of fun...
After several months of soul searching, globe trotting and heavy drinking things have come to a head. The story tells its self but were back. New tunes, new line up, enough said.
Any further questions ask rob.
We will be making a lot of noise around Sheffield over the coming months, just like it should be. New Yorkshire's not been the same without us has it?
Thanks again to leon, james, Hooked Up, the ones we love, the ones we don't, all the local bars that still let us in, and the ones that won't, & everyone else that made this what it is, it's been one hell of a ride. See you all soon.
When asked what he thought about the band's future, guitarist Rob gave this comment "COME ON!!!!"
