It’s time to open your eyes and shout out the truth!

Music in fact, is more than just sound. Riffs and basslines that thrill and kill, create and destroy in the rhythm of this world. No step aside! United we stay, and walk in the measure of the drums, step by step against all, that wants to break us. Nothing will break us! No more, no less is BlameME.
The band was founded in summer 2006, in a small rehearsal room in Dresden/Germany. Since 2008 the lineup consists of the two brothers Oli (bass) and Felix (drums), and Michael (guitar) and Andre (voice). Through the combination of the different musical backgrounds of these four musicians, with the common purpose to ‘make it more than music’, they create a sound that wants more than just appeal. After the first EP “s/t” was produced, a lot of shows all around Dresden and East Germany are played. Now, in winter 2008, ‘GAIA’ is finally released at the own brand DIY label Beastcore Records.

Zeit die Augen zu öffnen, und die Wahrheit herauszuschreien!

Musik, die mehr ist als nur Töne. Gitarrenriffs und Basslines die packen und wirbeln, aufbauen und zerstören im Rhythmus dieser Welt. Keinen Fußbreit zur Seite weichen. Geschlossen stehen und im Takt der Trommeln, Schritt für Schritt gegen das, was uns zerbrechen will. Das und nicht weniger ist der Sound von Blame ME.
Im Sommer 2006 gründete sich Blame ME in einem kleinen Proberaum in Dresden. Die endgültige Besetzung der Band wurde nach einigen Wechseln 2008 gefunden. Die finale Konstellation besteht aus: den beiden Brüdern Oliver Rühl am Bass und Felix Rühl am Schlagzeug, sowie Michael Lotz an der Gitarre, und André Jahn an den Vocals. Die Kombination der unterschiedlichen musikalischen Backgrounds dieser Musiker durch ein gemeinsames Ziel: „Make it more than music!“, kreieren einen eigenen Sound, der mehr will als nur gefallen. Nach dem Entstehen der erster gemeinsamen Songs und der Veröffentlichung der ersten Demo-CD „s/t“, wurden zahlreiche Gigs im Großraum Dresden und Sachsen gespielt. Seit Herbst 2008 ist nun die erste, beim hauseigenen DIY-Label Beastcore Records erschiene Platte ‚GAIA' im Umlauf.
