Blanks. are a post-punk trio based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. After a chance meeting in September 2002, Blanks. were formed over a mutual love of making music and listening to Prince. After four years together, Blanks. have performed extensively in the Boston area as well as in New York and the UK, and have developed a dedicated fan base for their innovative blend of dance and rock music. They are currently touring the east coast to promote the release of their record, Infinite Lives, released in January 2006 on Honeypump/Endless Records and recording the follow-up, due in late Spring 2007.

To celebrate the release of the June issue, featuring TOWNSHIP on the cover, we're putting on a special show at the Milky Way. Also playing are June's Featured band, MEAN CREEK, and June Spotlighted band THIS CAR UP.
The Performer Showcase will be the first Sunday of every month at The Milky Way, and recordings from these shows will be included in the forthcoming Performer Podcast (all live local music!).
