PapaPatty's main activity is playing the saxophone. This began a half year after the passing of his son Patrick ("Patty") Burkett, guitarist for Patty's Pancake Posse and Between the Nightmares. The present site will display some of PapaPatty's solo demo recordings, pics, artwork, and various news and thoughts. All the demo CDs mentioned in the "About the Songs" blog are free to anyone who cares to have one. From time to time PapaPatty can be found jamming at one of the local open mic nights, or sitting in with other local artists at their shows, or playing out on the street, at parks or wherever and whenever.
