Bluestone is powerful, dynamic pop-music. The warm emotional, mostly melancholic voice blends well with the compact sound of the band. Vibrant drum grooves, melodic bass lines, spherical Rhodes and Hammond sounds, chary pushing guitar riffs and the trade marking two voices are counted among the spine of bluestone.
Live, the band convinces with a versatile set from soft ballads over melodic pop-tunes to fresh rock-songs and leaves a professional and friendly impression on every stage.
What they have started in the parental living room in 2003 soon grew up to become a serious self-confident band. With their home-produced first album Latenine in late 2004, the band already demonstrated its skills: the understanding of well thought and emotional song writing, driven by the striving for harmony. The CD in hand and a well-rehearsed repertoire set the basis for the future. Quickened by a year full of concerts and hungry for more they got to record new material with a producer in the early 2006. With four new pop-songs on tape and a huge amount of courage the five musicians are ready for another step forward, ready to rock every show!
