Sounds Like
Performs like Prince, plays like John Mayer, and sings like a mix of Jamiroquai, Michael Jackson, Prince, George Michael, and Jason Mraz - all with off-the-wall lyrics covering romance, sex, life, and the woes and joys of the internet and cell phone age.
A solo artist with a firm conviction that music should move your heart, brain, body, or at least have a sense of humor. Bo Han is Anti-Soulja Boy, anti-Lil Jon, but Pro-Thelonius Monk and Pro-Imogen Heap. Bo Han believes in objectively good music, but encourages subjective experience. Take a listen, you‘ll love the schizophrenic variety.
Bo Han is also on AsianAve.com, an online community of Asian-Americans.

I notice the loss of quality when uploading songs to the flash player in myspace too. I used to notice a big loss of quality when I was using the converters on my 002. I don't know if it is a converter issue, but now that I've got better converters (Mytek 8x96 ADC, Stereo 96 DAC) I don't notice the loss in quality as much. It's still happens, but it doesn't suck to the degree that it did with the 002 conversion.
I realized it's mostly subjective. It used to bother me that when I uploaded tracks to myspace, they ended up sounding like ass....but when others heard the stuff on my page they thought it was fine. I realized that they didn't hear the mix I was hearing from pro tools (pre bounce, by the way,....I'm convinced that the bounce feature in pro tools LE is a big culprit in why the rendered mp3s sound so ass-tastic....and why I no longer use the bounce to disk option, but I digress) ...so yeah the myspace people only hear the version you have on your page and not the superior version you're probably hearing from your system. Without that point of reference though, what sounds bit-crushed to you, I believe sounds fine to them.
I was just browsing your page and checked out your (new?) song "The People I've Slept With". That's a GREAT f***in' song dude. Great harmonies on the chorus...I'm a sucker for great vocal harmonies and you nailed it. Don't make people scroll through your playlist to find it man, put that song on the TOP.
Keep putting out the good stuff man, I'll look forward to hearing more!
Thanks for the nice comments about my piano skills. If you ever need a keyboard player or keyboard instrumentations for recording/producing, I can replicate hundreds of different instruments and would be happy to collaborate. Luv and peace, Chris Aable
