Cover art by Chris Reifert. Backing vocals come from the "butcher-shop gore-tet", comprised of some classic blood garglers - Dopi (machetazo), C.Reifert (autopsy/doomed/abscess), E.Cutler (autopsy/funeral), D.Ingram (benediction/bolthrower) & K.Lee (death/mantas/massacre).
