Started in the Spring of 2008 - BreezyGrass originated out of the Rockaway Artist Alliance Open Mic Thursday Nights down in Ft. Tilden where they can often be seen, sure enough, on Thursday nights.
BreezyGrass is: Vic LaMura - Mandolin/Guitars, Steve Hawk - Upright Bass, Jim Cronin - Drums/Percussion, & Matty Lyons - Guitars/Vocals .
The boys liken themselves to playing handmade music. The sounds simply come from their instruments. The band has a wide and diverse reportoire ranging from traditional bluegrass to classic Americana and all things in between. In addition, many original songs have been added to the setlist and more to come.
