When you see ..Brewtality Inc... live, expect a raw, energetic, non-stop Ramones-style set with beers held high overhead. The guitars are loud yet distinctive, and the bass lines throw up all over you as the drums pound away at you like a whiskey hangover. If you're on the wagon, Brewtality Inc. may just knock you off and run you over... Guitarist/lead vocalist ..Houston Ritcheson.. has been a fixture in the Austin punk rock scene for more than a decade. His guitar has gunned for Four Violent People, The Contradicks, and more recently, Belligerent 86' and he has played bass with The Knocked Out Stiffs, Lower Class Brats, and Method of Destruction (M.O.D.). ..Houston’s.. raspy, hard vocals belt out clever lyrics with a nod to the styles of Sloppy Seconds and The Ramones... ....Rob Brat's.... been tearin up the music scene in Austin for 25 years and was the original drummer for Lower Class Brats. Only Houston could have pulled him out of his luxurious semi-retirement to beat the hell out of defenseless drums. ..BREWTALITY, INC. IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON A NEW ALBUM, DUE OUT IN EARLY 2008! KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR "THREE SHEETS TO THE WIND"! .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. Our good friend and bass player, Baxter, passed away from a motorcycle accident in 2008. He was an amazing musician and friend, and a vital part of the live musc scene in Austin, TX. We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to have him play alongside us in Brewtality, Inc.
