Brian Bond writes, records, and performs music as a solo singer/guitarist, as well as with the band Communipaw. He played with the band We Were Born With Rocks In Our Hands from 2001 to 2007. In December 2006 he released his second album, affectionately named "Brown Circles" and as a rather younger man he released his first album "The Orange Telephone". He also experimented with electronic music in 2004 on an unreleased album called "Typewriting" but is more or less done with that kind of thing. Most recently, he released the lo-fi "Ten Thousand Songs" EP for free online in April 2008 (there are plans to release this as a cd as well). His new 15-track full-length album "Fire & Gold" was released in January 2009.
If you would like a copy of Fire & Gold, please send $9 via paypal to brian.e.bond@gmail.com. For Brown Circles, the Communipaw EP, or We Were Born With Rocks In Our Hands releases, send $7 with the record title in the memo...(If you live outside the USA, please email first.)

"Brian Bond is that rare artist that practically begs (and deserves) to be heard by a much wider audience. Fire & Gold is a magical listening experience and it seems to only scratch the surface of where Bond could be heading. The album marks the beginning for one of the most promising singer/songwriters I have come across in years. Brian Bond should be anonymous no more." - Sound As Language music blog on Fire & Gold

"Brian Bond is by no means some bleater with a broken, bleeding heart or tattered hippie warbler; these songs are believable, heartfelt, and realistic." - Dryvetyme Onlyne
