An avid violinist in Montreal's world music and gypsy music scene, Briga brings eastern European folk violin to the forefront and into a realm of New World Influences. Briga’s violin and vocals transports us to a colorful, energetic, gripping and sensual world all the while encouraging excellent musicianship and improvisation. Briga brings us through divers musical landscapes such as world/urban/funk/jazz/groove, and songwriting/narrative, and always remaining true to its eastern European roots. i am also stopping by to let you know that i am working with a charity that helps underprivilaged kids...
i am selling five songs online and contributing ALL THE PROCEDES to the charity where i will perform for the kids, and then take all of them to SeaWorld for a day of fun...
you can purchase the songs right off my myspace page and it would be a great help. i am already contributing over three thousand personally to the event but taking over 100 kids to SeaWorld with buses and everything is not easy...
