BY SURPRISE/HIGHTIDE HOTEL SPLIT 7" Limited to 300 copies on black vinyl, each copy will come with a digital download card allowing you to share these songs with your friends who don't own a turntable, or listen to them on your sony walkman. Two new songs from each band and an additional third song featured on the download card. We recorded the songs with Dave Downham of Up Up Down Down at the infamous Gradwell House Studios in Haddon Heights, New Jersey. An ex-con was in the room at all times.

With only less than 50 physical copies remaining, we've decided that it's time to make sure everyone can get thier hands on our 2008 EP. We spent the second half of 2007 writing the aforementioned songs and brought them to Dave Downham of Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A Start to help us flesh it all out. DISCOGRAPHY CASSETTE
While omitting some stuff that no one would ever want to hear, we've managed to gather a collection that rounds out to about 13 songs. This collection spans everything we've done from 2006 up until 2009. Included are both EPs, two unreleased songs, and two new songs. We've decided to make this special for ourselves and our friends by releasing it in a very limited quantity (42 unnumbered copies total) on a cassette format. The songs were dubbed by Rob and Pat in Pat's basement on his old two deck player. Hand-assembled artwork is included. Mailorder one from us by sending $8 well-concealed cash to:

Also, props on the DIY cassette release! We have 2 volumes of "mixtapes" that we have released featuring some of our songs, and then some rad songs that we like. Some people get super stoked about cassettes (like us!), yet on the other hand some of the younger kids don't even know what a tape is unfortunately.
We should try to get a show together, or swap shows or something (we'll get you on a Harrisburg show here with us, and you can get us on a Philly show with you guys).

Hey Rob! Thanks for saying that good stuff bout The Bynars! They were excited for thst show! You guys were awesome too! If you need a place to crash in Boston ever let us know! I think The Bynars are meeting up with Quixote later on in their tour! I'll check out their artwork & see the goodness you did! Lol Also I know Matt is keeping up with the newest Rentals music pieces About Time - are you following that too??! They're always so good! Lol Hope to see you guys soon!
PS We stopped at Shore Things the following night! I don't think the guys found anything cuz it was so hot & busy to go through everything but it was interesting!! I just love the ocean!! Lol
