"Carlotti began in May 2007 and were born out of a shared passion for honest, "propper" Rock ‘n’ Roll music.
This is certainly a band with pedigree on the UK new music scene with a strong and ever growing fan base that reflects the quality of this Indie Rock foursome. There’s something that makes this band stand out from the rest and that’s not easy to do in this day-an-age where every man and his dog seem to be picking up a guitar. But Carlotti have a gift for writing the perfect indie rock song with a blues/country hint that sees them making noticeable waves in the biggest of oceans.
We first had the lads on at the home of Broccoli Music, Indiesexual at Catch, June 2008.
To see Carlotti live is a real treat as they are one of a few TRUE rock n roll bands on the scene, they have the sound, they have the image, and they certainly have the attitude. Also there's quite a legendary piece of mandolin action somewhere in the set, don't miss it.
