The 11th Annual Beerfest was a great success! We had over 1400 attendees and over 40 different beers. ABC Major Hops firkin and Weyerbacher Imperial Pumpkin were a big hit.
One major change for next year...
We will be changing the weekend of the fest next year to September 19, 2009. For the last 11 years it has been the 2nd week of September, and unfortunately there were 4 other fests in PA scheduled the same day as ours this year. The Brewers do not have the staff nor the resources to attend all of them so we had a hard time getting our usual breweries to commit. Since we will be the only fest that weekend next year, we hope to have a stronger turnout from the Brewers.
