Slainte!

Hmmm... About me, huh? It's pretty much all about music.

I am the very happy bass player for "Chatty Maddie", but still pal around with and occasionally play with the band, Don't Harass Betty ( DHB's MySpace Page), although we keep it very low key these days with hardly any shows planned. You can still get our self-titled original CD on iTunes, though. I have also been known to jam with The Pushovers (on Garageband.com); a seriously talented blues and classic rock foursome; also low key, for fun and not profit. I also occasionally sit in with a smattering of other folks whom I love playing with such as "The Skelecasters," and "Punch Buggy Blue," No matter what we end up calling ourselves, all of these folks rock it!

Most recently (as a "regular gig"), I was the bassist for Jonathan Scott & the Blazing Hearts, and was honored to get to go compete in TN on the National level, where we were named Band of the Year, New Country, 2008. I ended up having to leave the band in June of '08, but it was a great experience with good people.

Keeping with my love of music, I am the host of The Opinionated Ramblings Podsafe Shuffle and The Vintage Guitar Cast although I haven't had much time to do the Guitar Cast podcast lately, Opinionated Ramblings is once again going strong.
