Chassis

Chassis is a rock band based in Gdansk, Poland. Their dynamic and energetic songs are based on solid rocking riffs, tight, expressive rhythm section and vast harmonic landscapes. In combination with melodic and mighty vocal lines Chassis brings a perfect blend of styles for wide audience.

Since its beginning in 1999 the formation has played over 200 concerts, both at small clubs as well as huge venues for crowds of thousands, including headline and support tours: wHywerolL tour 2005, Rock Connection Tour 2005, Music Summer Box Tour 2006 and MTV Rockuje Tour 2008.

Band's debut album „wHywerolL” was released in 2005 and received a very good response thanks to a promotiona lsingle and video „My Way” broadcasted in a number of radio and TV stations across Poland. Another single, 'There’s a Place', reached to the second place of the whole year summary chart in the most popular regional station Radio Gdansk.

The band appeared in several important TV programs and was a guest in a couple of radio stations, including AntyRadio or Polish Radio 3, one of the most influential media in Poland.

Chassis is closely related with Professional Armfight League,Vendetta. The band recorded two official anthems for a Nemiroff World Cup in 2010 and 2011 and supported the venues with their energetic live acts during the live transmission to several European countries.

In May 2011 Chassis took part in Antyfest competition, a musical contest organised by one of the best rock radio stations in Poland. Among almost 400 groups from the whole country, Chassis reached the second place, won a special award and was invited as an opening act for Volbeat, Mastodon, Motorhead and Iron Maiden in the Polish edition of Sonisphere Festival!

The end of 2011 found the band and their second album at the final stage for release. The follow-up of ”wHywerolL”, mastered in 4dsound Studio from the UK, will have its premiere in Spring 2012.
