Chip,
I don't want you to think of this as an advertisement, and delete it. I am simply asking for help. My parents live in the country, and they have found an orphaned kitten. I'm not sure how old she is, but she's VERY immaciated (TINY), and young. She hasn't made it to the vet yet (had her a week), because we are low on funds for that, right now. I get paid this coming Thursday & I plan to take her then. I won't be able to afford many "tests" for her, or any surgeries on my own, but will be able to get her antibiotics, or worming medicines, if needed. If you know of any organizations that I could get help with, or anyone who would be willing to donate to me - for her... please get with me. I know you are an animal lover - I am as well. The kitten has a swelled front paw, but doesn't seem to be in pain at all. At one point she was nearly dead (stiff & cold) when my mom found her - we have nursed her back to health, and she is playing again, and becoming fatter... but she has the swelled paw (no cuts) and what looks like a healed mouth injury (from someone tossing her out of their car, possibly, and hitting her face?) ... Her bottom lip has been pulled away from her gumline, and healed that way (no cuts or bleeding remain). :( I don't want to take her to a shelter, because they will instantly put her to sleep - she is a VERY loving kitten, and only wants to be loved. We've named her Moogy. :) Any advice, or help/donations on this would be wonderful. I'm not sure what all they will want to do for her when they see her at the vet's office, but I'm assuming they will want to give her some tests for her paw, and she has a very bad smell to her breathe (abnormally bad)...which worries me. Anyway - I just hope to find a kind heart online that could help with donations, or something - advice even. Thank you for reading. We live in Seymour, Indiana... <3 Good night.

I am sure you get thousands of emails. I am hoping mine can be one of the ones you can reply to.
All of my life I have had spirits around me. The first time I actually realized this was when I was 16 and my great grandmother had passed. She began showing herself to me in her home. AFter I moved from there, she continued to visit me but only in dreams. Then members of my family that died would also visit me in my dreams. My uncle passed of cancer and then came to me in a dream and predicted not only the birth of my son but also his name-I was 38 then, you can understand why I was shocked by this (I had a 14 year old at that time and thoughtI was done with all that.) Various other family members also continued to appear to me-but none since about 1 year ago.

I have a family member now who was terminally ill and I do not know if this next incident has to do with him but it was the first time in all my experiences that I was scared.

I was sleeping- but felt between awake and asleep. I became aware of a presence in my bedroom. It felt like a cold breeze down the center of my back. This is what caused me to be somewhat awake. I actually felt scared at this time. I drifted back to sleep and was again awakened by the feeling of someone sitting on my legs. There was no one there. I thought to myself, "get off of my legs!" because I felt almost pinned down which is a feeling I hate. Then I "thought" that whatever the presence was moved into the room directly next to mine. I felt like I wanted to go see what it was but I was scared. I drifted back into a dream like state. Suddenly, I realized I was looking at my body in the next room- and it was floatin about waist high to me from the floor. I was shocked and terrified by seeing this. I felt like there was a thump on my body and I became fully awake. I got up went into that room but did not see or feel anything.
Is there any way you can get an idea of what this was?? I am not scared by it now, but I am de
