CHI-QI are a small but perfectly formed group of Spirits, with a large support group of associated Angels and Sprites. It is our mission to bring beautiful and utterly 21st Century, art, visual media and music to everyone who seeks it. Thereby, we seek to change the current climate that commercialises and cheapens things of beauty instead of presenting them as they are and trusting the people to understand the sometimes sacred connection to such things. We don't all really need more junk, throwaway art and music, do we? That's why we came...to save the world from negative sound and imagery!
In our current Earth incarnation our nerve centre operates CHI-QI from a little hollow called Hadleigh, near to a main town, Benfleet, which is in the County of Essex, 35km east of London town, UK.

CHI-QI came about because of the poor content offered to mobile users. How many semi naked celebrities and footballers do we really need as Wallpapers on our mobiles? And who is truly enriched as a result? With so much beauty in the world why are we offered gun toting slogans and "I'm a crack whore" as visual eye candy?
It's because those running global media, record and telecoms networks want to keep it that way, as we have found in trying for example to get art considered before "adult" content in marketing CHI-QI to them. Porn wins every time so far - just check your mobile!
That is why we are here and we salute you for making friends with us, because the more people who come to our site the more we prove a better way to connect and promote to people does exist. If we can't play music or show art, with similar appreciation anywhere on the planet, without offence or dumbing down required, then we don't use it, period. The test of this is YOU - THE PEOPLE! If you're tired of the same old sounds re-hashed, back catalogues and boy/girl bands then join us please while we create the finest, sweetest and most contemporary global music collection, with the most awesome international dance music, presented with respect for the artist and YOU, the audience...

In nearly 4 years we have discovered lots of ways not to do business, either because it offends our Spirit or because it is simply wrong! Many pounds have sunk down many drains since we have commenced our quest. Ho! Ho! Ho! we cry, as we laugh in the face of adversity......
Now, slowly but surely CHI-QI music and art is being recognised all over the world. You can now get CHI-QI music from Mindawn dot com in hi- resolution, or iTunes and all the other leading digital record stores. Also, our own CHI-QI dot com download site can be viewed as a work in progress, opening fully in March 2008. And we have a Heart! A "Heart Centre" in fact, linking to an ethical directory of 1200 vetted green/organic/fair-traders, with forum, notice board, market and much more to come! So, that's the corporate razzamatazz for the mo....

What do you do? How's your world? Do you too want to change the world for the better, just a tiny bit? We worked it out that 6 Billion tiny bits equals an Earth size lump, so that should be plenty of incentive!
