About me:
i believe in jesus, but not that he walked on water.
my first book, 'dream compass', is a collection of stories written by myself and illustrated by farel dalrymple, arthur adams, nate powell, jae lee with june chung, and james jean. it finally arrives in 2010. the great john workman letters. and 'jungle jane', illustrated by stephen gilpin, spun out of 'dream compass' and will launch as a 96 pg book of its own in 2010.
my first published story, 'blue', lead off the anthology 'postcards', from random house books. we were nominated for the 2008 will eisner award for 'best anthology', as well as the upcoming 2008 harvey award nominations for 'best anthology' and 'special excellence in presentation'.
i had a story in 'pop gun volume two', which came out in july from image comics. check it out, 460 pages of comix topped off by a sweet paul pope cover.
