BIOGRAPHIE
De père africain et de mère martiniquaise, née a Paris en France mais ayant grandi en Côte d'Ivoire, passionnée par la culture indienne, Christina Goh fait partie de cette nouvelle génération pour qui le monde constitue une maison. Journaliste de formation après un diplôme en psychologie, c'est finalement à la musique qu'elle choisit de se consacrer. Il lui faudra une dizaine d’années, une expérience dans le chant choral classique et gospel, une participation comme voix solo dans des groupes pop, pour définir un style musical totalement atypique.

Le Christina Goh Concept en live, c'est une musique épurée et dynamique où les compositions parfois complexes de Christina et ses mots précis dégagent une musicalité inédite. En français ou en langue, au carrefour des musiques afro, blues et rock, cet auteur-compositeur détonne.

Auteur du recueil de poèmes « Le chant des coeurs » publié dans la collection arabesque de Thebookedition, cette artiste confirme qu’elle gravite hors des sentiers battus, dans un univers musical et poétique unique !

Of Caribbean mother and African father, born in Paris, France, fascinated by Indian culture, Christina belongs to this new generation for whom the world is home, without referring to any specific culture. A trained journalist after a short period of studies in psychology, Christina eventually succumbed to her attraction for music. Her work would greatly improve, following seven years of practice as a member of gospel, pop variety groups, before she could define her own style and universe.

In live, the Christina Goh Concept is a purified and dynamic music in which each instrument takes time to be revealed. An omnipresent djembe, a guitar or a piano, which underline a completely atypical style, and a voice which caresses or carries you away, in French or in Creole, but which always takes control of the show.

In her cds, Christina Goh offered an insight into her talent, but the album in preparation will at last make it possible to live at will her concerts in a trio version and to move in an environment that is more blues than in the EPs !
