"There's a long history of hired musicians who are as good, if not better, than their bosses, and Christine Bougie, Amy Millan's go-to-gal for everything lap steel, is part of this important group. Her debut disc, Hammy's Secret Life, is a delicate instrumental album filled with flawless slide guitar, jazzy melodies and enough variety to make you forget that there's no one singing." -NOW magazine (NNNN)_________________

Loved the CD release show- I now worship my 'this is awesome" CD- and iTuned your Hammy CD. If you want to draw a comparison, I'd mention Daniel Lanois' last couple of cds- think they won grammies- fine fine ambient work. (I bet he'd love to produce you: get your CD to him). You guys done good! Janine and our 3 month old Zach enjoyed the show too. Great opener too.
Christine, I heard your song "Think from The End" and saw the accompanying video on BravoFACT! the other evening. I know that I enjoyed the song much more than the video. Keep up the good, hard labour.
