CL1 is a three piece street punk band whose foundation has firmly been laid in Toledo, Ohio aka "The Glass City" and that's a flag we'll always fly. Established in the summer of 2003, with a blue collar work ethic and a never say die attitude, CL1 has always persevered through all the good and bad times. Our brand of street punk is a combination of our working class lives and our love of Oi! and, down and dirty street punk rock n' roll the only way it was ever meant to be played. The anthem laced songs with their sing along choruses that we write are based on and reflect America and the world and the times in which we live and work. In an age where the working class is so often over looked and disregarded, our songs are a battle cry for all of the heavy hearted and disenfranchised souls who fight the good fight everyday in the same trenches that we do to provide for themselves and their families. From the factories to the fields, to the bars and back alleys littered with shattered glass and all of the other places we live our lives, this is where we find our inspiration for the songs we want to share with you.
