    .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .... DIMITRY BOKOLISHVILI was born in 1985, Tbilisi, Georgia. Graduated from Tbilisi State Conservatory, Bachelor's and Magistracy Courses,(2008) under Prof. David Djishkariani. Since he was 17 years old he has been an orchestra artist(1st clarinet) at the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre and he was working with conductors, e.g.: Lev Markiz, Cornelia von Kerssenbrock, David Clinge and Jose Collado. Besides he performed with singers like Monserat Caballet, Jose Carreras, Leonardo Gramegna and Ambrogio Maestri. He is the recipient of several prizes, among those is: the 1st prize and a laureate's title at the O. Taktakishvili Competition, 1st prize at the Competition- Festival ,,Mteni 2000''and a Diploma for the best performance of a piece of music by a Georgian composer at the 3rd Georgian Competition of Musician-Performers(2003,Tbilisi). He is the holder of the Georgian Presidential(2003) and Lev Markiz(2007) Scholarships.Takes part in different international competitions.
