Bio:

Luca Canciello (aka Climnoizer) lives in Berlin . An italian in berlin , that's the story . Composer and multi-instrumentalist , Climnoizer explores music . In his works he blends classical music training with a Rock background. Love for Jazzrock, Funk, Noise and above all Sound Research. Over the years he has established himself as musician, composer and sound designer. Also guitarist and dubmaster he has collaborated with Italian bands and artists (such as Peppe Barra and Almamegretta). He worked too with international musicians, as supporting artists ( Brian Auger and The New Oblivion Express and the Simple Minds ). Composer and arranger he works with several theatre and dance companies such as the choreographer Paolo Fossa at TanzHaus NRW(Duesseldorf, DE), Borderline Danza Contemporary Dance Company (IT), CRASC Acting Company (IT), as well as international art institutions like Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts (Bangalore, India), The Choir of World Cultures and The Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin, working with Barbara Morgenstern. As sound designer he has created multimedial sound installations at the Royal Palace and Gardens of Caserta (since 2003), at the archaeological sites of the Roman Thermae of Baia (2007/08) at Fori Imperiali of Rome (2010), and at the excavation site of Pompei (2008/10). He has also created sound installations for brands like Prada and Philips. His solo project Climnoizer, merges all of these musical influences and tries to bring back a human feel to the electronic foundation of his music, playing instruments such as electric guitar, synthguitar, ashbory silicon bass, el. pianos, keys & synths and programming drums, writing meticulously rhythm textures. The result is an extreme electronic and noizy sound stained with funk, rock and jazzrock colours. He released on labels such as Neo Ouija rec.(DE), Clinical Archives (RU), Brumtone rec.(DE/DK). His album The Elektronik Soft Hearth of My Teknomodal Poet, came out on Neo Ouija rec , March 2010. ..

Side projects:_________________________________________________________ LOOPFORNELLI: The passion for cooking and for music melt down in a concrete music experiment. The performance is made by the sound of cooking chopped and looped in real time building textures and grooves, without using synthesizers or drum-machines, the smell and the taste of food, offered to people, give the final touch to the show. video editing: Roberta Serretiello
