Hah, yeah man abs are tough but I definitely think keeping a low-fat diet and cutting down on booze helped me pinch a load off. Still got some chiseling to do. The ab machine with the weight selection is the only thing that helps me bulk in the midsection though, crunches and frog kicks have become way too buttery after 15 reps or so.

Thanks mang, that makes total sense. I guess I already knew the answer but, every bone in my body wants to make decisions that are best for everyone, I almost have no idea what it would be like to make a decision focusing soley on what's best for me.
