An Edgy, leaner Bonham for the 21st Century, Clive Deamer was at the backbone of two of the most influential British albums of the
90's, both winners of the Mercury music prize. Portishead's "Dummy" and Roni Size's "New Forms".
A devotee of Jazz and R&B drummers like Earl Palmer, Art Blakey and Elvin Jones, his Jazz aesthetic is coloured by sudden outbursts
of Rock aggression and tight but loose breakbeat feel. He is a member of the Ornette Coleman inspired quartet Get The Blessing, whose
free approach informs all of his playing, and he is constantly in demand as a recording drummer, for his taste and discipline.
In hairier days he played with Hawkwind at Amsterdams infamous Melkweg, recorded with Dr John, Jeff Beck and Tom Jones.
More recently combining computer recording technology with old school spontaneity for the creation of the critically acclaimed
Robert Plant album "Mighty Rearranger, and even more recently Siouxsie Sioux's solo album"Mantaray"............................................................................."Clive sliced" is a remix from various recording sessions. "Music Style Product" is by Get The Blessing, taken from the forthcoming album Bugs In Amber.

SEAFAR deliver a fat slice of electric space music - Hegira the sounds of a flight from danger. Wander the streets together, the noise of life muted by sheets of rain, brilliant colours dimmed in a pervading mist of grey. An instrumental amalgam of moody beats and synth drenched noises.
Yo Cliveasaurus. I just found out that we're related...and as a special family only present we've made a new song for you called "End of Days" (start doing backflips now). It's an epic instrumental opus to the moment when our ancient Dino relatives saw a large fiery object plummeting towards them. where do you draw your inspiration from,obviously you get the bonham comparison a lot,im sure,it seems anyone who has anyhting to do with Robert Plant gets that comparison,im always impressed at the speed and accuracy you play with and the passion in your playing.Did you start as a young child or picked it up later on,are you self taught or did you take lessons,im self taught and draw inspiration from thousands of other players.....thanks again for the add and your friendship
