.. ..COEHS MISSION..The College of Education and Human Services provides a challenging and supportive learning environment that is widely recognized as meeting humanistic and technological demands of a global society.
..INTRODUCTION..
Some students come to the university to find solutions to the problems society faces, and others come to find ways to prevent problems from ever developing. The College of Education and Human Services prepares individuals for careers in both critical areas. COEHS offers 19 distinct majors that span the spectrum of possibilities. This College prepares, for example, teachers, parks administrators, athletic trainers, emergency managers, social workers, dietitians, law enforcement officers, military leaders, and instructional designers. Our graduates leave as experienced professionals who are highly valued by employers throughout Illinois and across the country. The College’s many programs seek to find the intersection between intellectually satisfying study and the development of personal and professional skills that last a lifetime.

VAMO is offering a purse drive to support low-income women on their road to success on March 25th from 11:00 am - 2 pm in the University Union Lincoln Room.
Spring is the perfect time to begin cleaning! Bring in a gently used or new purse to donate. You may also fill your purse with new toiletry items for the women to use.
Tax deductible financial contributions for Dress for Success Peoria are also welcome.
