I learned guitar around the time I could legally drink. They go well together, wine and song. After experimenting with a lonely 4-track in college, I put together my first band in San Diego (The Marinators) with Dominic Carrillo and Matt Gross, two legendary men. Our one and only album is called Chicken Bone. We had lots of fun playing local dive bars, then played for a while in Italy before returning home and calling it quits. I kept recording with friends, first a record called homesicklovebound, followed by an EP, Muscle Through The Fat. Sometimes you gotta. More recently I made a record in Los Angeles (All Things Pink) with Mr Don Gallardo, not just a gentleman but a fine songwriter. I felt this was the beginning of a different musical chapter so I decided to call the project Confessions Of A Corn Silo. Though I write and sing the songs, it's a collective effort which includes talented friends who make sweet love to their respective instruments. We've been fortunate to license a couple songs in the past year, one to an award-winning indie film, another one to a Fox Sports documentary about the Dodgers. Our debut, All Things Pink, is an eclectic, melodic, honest, mildly experimental group of songs. The second album, due in September of '09, is entitled Stretches Of Concrete. It marks the first time I've self-produced and it's a bit weirder and more existential as I've subconsciously included most of the things I think about on any given day: love, death, space, the futility of the mind, things like that. All of this music, old and new, will be available on I-TUNES as I get my shit together, which is currently happening. Please do keep in touch.

Mylo really likes the new song. He listens for five seconds, then smiles, then repeat. I'm holding one of those teeny head phones up to his ear. I like it too.
