O grupo Covalblú nace en 2007 por mor das inquedanzas dos seus cinco compoñentes pola música tradicional galega.
O seu traballo bebe directamente deste estilo musical, apostando con forza por un estilo moi persoal baseado na música de autor. No seu repertorio atópanse temas propios e versións tradicionais, nunha continua procura de sons novos e versátiles.
Todos os seus membros, debido a súa experiencia noutras formacións, teñen actuado en numerosos puntos da xeografía galega, española e europea (festivais como Ortigueira, Lorient ). Entre os seus últimos concertos cabe destacar en marzo de 2008 a participación do grupo na final do Festival Folk de Cancioneiros da Fundación Pedro Barrié de la Maza onde a formación obtivo unha mención especial por parte do xurado.
Na actualidade acaban de editar o seu primeiro traballo discográfico titulado Mai, distribuido por Lonxa Cultural.

Covalblú was formed in 2007 based upon the interest of its five members in Galician traditional music.
Cobalblú's songs are strongly based on this kind of music but with a very different twist. Covalblú's music is not exactly traditional music, it's a class of its own: Covalblú's songs are a mixed bag of traditional tunes and self-composed ones.
All the five musicians in Covalblú are experienced performers, having previously played with other formations in both Spanish and European festivals (Ortigueira, Lorient, etc.)
Covalblu have released their first album "Mai" on April 2009. This work is distributed in Spain by Lonxa Cultural.

Sigo muy preocupada con este tema, y ya han pasado meses...
No comprendo que pretende, ni cuales son sus verdaderas motivaciones, la verdad, cada dia entiendo menos todo esto, pero aunque no me llame y no sepa nada de él... siempre apoyaré a mi hijo incluso en una locura como esta.
