R.Evolución Latina will be hosting:

A Conversation with Quiara Alegria Hudes on November 17th at 6:30pm at Teatro SEA (107 Suffolk Street, 2nd floor).

This will be a conversational symposium celebrating the creative
process of a writer through the story telling from Puerto Rican writer, Quiara Alegria Hudes, who wrote the book for the Tony Award Winning Musical, In the Heights. This conversational symposium will focus on how story telling is developed, shaped and affected by collaboration, mission and the responsibility of giving real Latino work to our Hispanic artists in the NY industry.

This event is perfect for aspiring writers and performing artists to attend, and finally have the opportunity to ask those questions they feel are always left unanswered.

“R.Evolución Latina’s goal is to help members understand that we are special, unique and valuable and that only by letting our own light shine that we will empower others to shine as well. By gathering a strong group of artists into the philosophy to “Dare to go beyond” we will be able to affect our Hispanic community while presenting works that inspire and motivate our people.
